Our Approach

  • Manual Adjustment Technique

Chiropractic manual adjustment, also known as spinal manipulation, involves a chiropractor using their hands to apply controlled force to a specific part of the spine. This technique aims to improve spinal alignment and mobility, helping to alleviate pain and enhance overall physical function.

  • Instrument Adjusting Technique

Not fancy getting “CRACK”? Instrument adjusting technique in chiropractic care involves using a specialized handheld tool to deliver precise, controlled force to the spine or other joints. This method is gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for patients who prefer a lighter touch or for those with certain conditions where manual adjustments might not be appropriate. E.g Paediatricts or Geriatrics

  • Dry Needling

This technique aims to relieve muscle pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and enhance range of motion by releasing tight muscle bands associated with trigger points.

  • Soft Tissue Mobilization

Soft tissue therapy in chiropractic care involves various techniques like massage, stretching, and trigger point therapy to manipulate the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This treatment helps reduce pain, alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance the body's natural healing processes, ultimately supporting better movement and function.

  • Rehabilitation/Exercises

Rehabilitation in chiropractic care often includes tailored exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and support proper joint function. These personalized routines not only aid in recovery from injuries but also help prevent future ailments by promoting overall physical resilience and health.

  • Taping

Kinesio taping is a therapeutic technique used in chiropractic care where elastic therapeutic tape is applied to the skin in specific patterns. This method supports and stabilizes muscles and joints without restricting movement, providing support and reducing pain during activity.
